How will I know if I’m doing the exercises correctly if you’re not in the gym with me?


We DO feel it is important to know your way around the gym relatively well…meaning knowing basic lifts like barbell squats, deadlifts/romanian deadlifts, lunges, upper body pressing/pulling, etc.  But since nobody ever has PERFECT form, we do exercise video reviews for all clients as needed.  So initially we would tell you what lifts we want to review, and you would send video of you doing those lifts at your bi-weekly evals.  We will review the videos and send feedback along with instructions as to what exercises we will want to review next bi-weekly.  We don’t progress or change an exercise at least until you’ve mastered form though…so we won’t just be throwing random training programs at you and hoping they stick.
