We went over everything about stage presence, from my suit color to my unique routine, to call outs and even some 'tricks of the trade' that only a seasoned bikini competitor would know (and that truly made all the difference come show day!).

During those Skype sessions we also ran through my routine a few times with her tweaking my poses as we went. She helped me feel much more confident in what I was bringing to the stage so that when the day finally came, I walked out there and owned that stage and loved every second of it!! Long story short, this chick rocks on so many levels and she's a great coach! 🙂 Can't wait to do it all over again!"

Cherish is great and makes you really feel comfortable. She knows the different poses that are right for your body and helps explain what changes need to be made in a way that is understood. The Skype session is nice because she can show you what to do. It's as good as in-person.”
