Do you work with vegetarians?


In most cases, yes.  We don’t work with full vegans at the moment.  But if you are able to take in ~1g/pound of bodyweight of MOSTLY animal protein (that includes dairy), then we should be able to work with you no problem.  We also allow for use of certain vegetarian/vegan protein supplements…those that have a complete amino acid profile (MRM Veggie Elite, Vega Sport, etc).  We also like our vegetarians to supplement B12, Zinc, DHA/EPA (algae derived), Taurine, Iron (in some cases), and possible a couple others depending on the diet.
