My last bikini coach STARVED me. Will that happen if I hire you?

Starvation diets are EXTREMELY common in bikini competition, since there is so often little to no need for the kind of “bulking” phase that would automatically correct diet related metabolic slowdown. Its a popular trend right now for prep coaches to villainize other prep coaches who at least at times resort to very, very low calorie diets. It is NOT a popular trend to show the other side of this, which is that clients VERY often neglect to follow their program, thinking the coach will pull out some “Contest Prep Magic” at 4-6 weeks out and everything will be okay. A trophy-collecting coach will play along…a great coach will not. Whether you fall into the category of a committed, compliant client who was a victim of a careless coach, or the latter category where compliance was an issue, you will NOT be put on an extreme diet or extreme amounts of cardio working with us. As explained in the previous FAQ, we don’t even commit to a show until we can see that the situation is right to begin a prep.
