I had never competed in bikini before, and wanted to give it a go. Working with Joe was honestly one of the most amazing and fun experiences. He assessed what I typically eat and calculated a plan tailored to me. When my digestion started to feel out of whack, Joe was able to help get everything to run smoothly with the prescribed protocols.
In my very first show, I was able to place 1st in Open and Debut, 2nd in Novice! I was thankful for the opportunity to compete, but also very honored to have worked with Joe and his team. He made the whole experience of prep a great one. I look forward to working with Joe and competing again!
