I have been with Coach Joe for past 2.5 years and I couldn’t be more happy with my physique! When I decided to compete I knew I wanted to do it in a health conscious way and Joe was definitely a wise choice. We had some injuries to work around in the beginning and Joe always made sure to respect any physical limitations I had and over time I became stronger, healthier and pain free! I’m happy to say that I placed top 5 in all of my shows and even took 1st place at my first international show. Learning about the craft and building the physique that I dreamed of has been an absolute pleasure with the guidance of Coach Joe.
