For all online clients, we evaluate progress and revise the programs on a bi-weekly basis (every two weeks) up until the final stages of prep where we do more frequent eval/revision.  The first step is to fill out the Bi-Weekly Eval web form, and upload progress photos, training logs and bodyweight logs to the form.
